Global Classroom

Since 1997 small groups of ten to twelve senior students from each partner school share ideas and information using a dedicated website http://global-classroom.org/ in preparation for an annual Conference hosted on a rotating basis by one of the partner schools. Families of students and staff provide home stay opportunities and a programme enabling sharing of work prepared in advance along with the sight seeing arranged by the host school.Global Classroom Partnership South Africa has been operational since 1996. The project includes high schools from seven countries and covering four continents, viz. South Africa, Shetland Islands, Germany, Sweden, Japan, Czech Republic and the USA.
